Residences
Introducing a collection of six large-scale homes made for Armadale; finely appointed, filled with light and framed by nature. A collaboration without compromise by Molti, Carr and Eckersley Garden Architecture, the design of these residences has been inspired by an appreciation for this suburb’s enduring and effortlessly charming character, and the lifestyle of those who call it home.
Materials have been selected for their texture, warmth and weight. Gardens have been shaped as private retreats, offering shade, enclosure and colours that change with the seasons. Inside and outside, planning, orientation and tones work together to create a complete sense of calm. These are homes to enrich everyday life; personal sanctuaries away from the outside world where residents can feel a sense of ease and belonging.

Location
Since its nineteenth-century beginnings as a genteel outpost of Melbourne’s expansion, Armadale has maintained a relaxed sophistication, with daily life unfolding at a measured pace along its leafy avenues. Tree-canopied roads frame period homes of brick and preserved heritage detail, alongside respectful contemporary architecture and well-tended gardens. Parks and sports fields invite regular walks and weekend recreation. Trains and trams provide easy connections to the city and surrounding destinations.
